Situated on a high profile corner in the North Silicon Valley corridor, this existing building was worn, tired, and exhausted beyond its years. The design team took an extremely tight budget, and with creativity and efficiency - proposed solutions that employ countless off-the-shelf materials and easily acquired components to craft a new façade and building, with depth, purpose, and detail.
